manner set forth in Section 6.05, Subd. 3 of this ordinance. <br />Further time for removal and restoration may be authorized in <br />writing by the Public Works Director <br />Subd.12. Regulatory Signs. The City shall require the <br />erection of regulatory signs adjacent to a driveway serving two or <br />more parcels of land, at its intersection with a public road. The <br />sign shall be rirchased, erected and maintained by the property <br />owner. If the property owner does not have the sign erected <br />within a reasonable length of time, the City shall erect the sign <br />and bill the property owner for all costs. <br />Subd.13. Specifications and Standards. All construction <br />and reconstruction of roadway surfacing, sidewalk, driveway, <br />Driveway turnaround, curb and gutter improvements, including curb <br />cuts and driveway approaches, shall be strictly in accordance with <br />specifications and standards on file in the office of the City, <br />and open to inspection and copying there. Such specifications and <br />standards may be amended from time to time by the City, but shall <br />be uniformly enforced. <br />Subd.19. Inspection. The City shall inspect such <br />impruvements as deemed necessary or advisable. Any work not done <br />according to the applicable specifications and standards shall be <br />removed and corrected at the expense of the permit holder.
