Minor changes were completed by staff and Draft 02 was <br />presented at the June 27, 198F Council for review. <br />Council directed staff to review the ordinance to allow for a shared <br />driveway for more than one parcel of land. In addition, the title of the <br />ordinance has been changed from driveways to private Improvements on public <br />and private roads and rights -of -way. 'Those changes have been highlighted. <br />RECOMN 'NDATION - To approve the attached Private Improvements on Public and <br />Private Roads and Rights -of. -way Ordinance. <br />PROPOSED MOTION - Moved by , seconded by , to approve Ordinance <br />0 , Second Series, an ordinance amending Section 6.01, 6.05 and 6.06 of <br />the City of Orono Municipal Code relating to improvements on public and <br />E.rivate roads and rights -of -way.
