We will undertake only <br />that work which we feel is essentiat to complete the study and we will not undertake work which is <br />not authorized by this AGREEMi:,NT, without the prior consent of the City Council. Since the costs <br />associated with Stage II will be ds )endent on decisions made by the City with respect to the findings <br />of the previous Stage, a detailed Petimate of those costs will be provided at the conclusion of Stage I. <br />The estimated cost of our ser it Stage I is summarized by phase below: <br />PHASE 1: RESEARCH AND ANALYSIS <br />Research, analysis, <br />base map preparation <br />Time: 30 days <br />PRASE II: FINDINGS AND OBJECTIVES <br />Consultation, writing <br />design, analysis <br />Time: 30 days <br />TOTAL SERVICES STAGE I <br />S <br />S <br />The work performed will be charged for on a time plus materials basis accord.ng to the above costs. <br />All work and meetings will be computed in accordance with the attached St indard Rate Schedule, <br />whic') shall be paid as hereinafter provided. <br />All costs incurred will be payable to the CONSLLTANT upon receipt of an invoice showing the work <br />completed and the cost of said work.
