Wright <br />Fidelity -Surety Dept. <br />Dear Ms. Wright: <br />In regard to your letter of July 1, 1988 concerning the bond <br />for Park Construction Company (bond 147-0120-12416-87-2), please <br />be advised that the owner of the property involved in the <br />proposed fill project by Park Construction Company has asked for <br />an extension. If the City is to grant an extension of a <br />conditional use permit, the City would also have to ask that the <br />duration of the bond Le extended for an agreed upon period. It <br />should also be noted that the fill project has not commenced as <br />of this date. <br />Mr. F.isinger's request will be presented to the Orono <br />Council at their July 11, 1988 meeting.
