The average lakeshore setback from your property <br />is determined by the location of the principal structures on the <br />adjacent lots. All three structures appear to be well out of the <br />75 feet lakeshore setback area. <br />A variance application has been enclosed for your <br />convenience. Please review the application and get back to <br />either Jeanne Mabusth or Mike Gaffron at 473-7357 regarding the <br />filing procedures. <br />The deadline date for the July 20, 1987 meeting is June 26, <br />1987.
