Meyer <br />Regarding: Garage on Lot 4, Block 5, Bergquist & Wicklund Park <br />Dear Sir. <br />Attached is a letter and plan which was prepared for me ,y Steven W. <br />Jantzen, P.E. to pr u. ;de the specifications for the repairs needed on the <br />foundation of my garage <br />I have brought these plans to Gene Meyer of Gene Meyer construction at <br />3830 Sunset Drive, Spring Park MN. He has agreed to do the repairs for me <br />and we discussed the schedule for its completion. Since it involves <br />footings the work needs to be done after the frost is out of the groind. He <br />stated that allowing for the possibility of a late thaw which might result <br />In the frost not being out until May , 5th. he could complete the repairs by <br />June 1, 1988 His plans would be to do It sooner if the weather allowed.
