City of ORONO <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />NO. 1 <br />2. The Wiseqarver property, includiny all three tax parcels, <br />contains 71,482 sf or 1.641 acres according to a certificate <br />of survey by Gary G-briel dated April 19, 1980, as revised <br />February 25, 1982. <br />3. The Wisegarver property contains the following structures <br />or improvements as shown on the Gabriel survey: <br />a) One 49.0 ft X 60.0 ft concrete block main building <br />plus a 5.0 ft wide open awnin, or canopy over a concrete <br />slab on the southwest or front side. This building previously <br />housed the Kellers Market commercial use referrenced in <br />Resolution No. 1239, and prior to that it contained the <br />Sundlin (later Cirspinski) residence and 12-Iii Market <br />referrenced in Resolution No. 1239 and in the September, <br />1968 conditional use permit. This building is setback <br />14.2 ft from the Wayzata Blvd highway right-of-way, and <br />the awning or canopy extends 5 ft closer to within 9 ft <br />of the right-of-way. <br />b) One 24 ft X 26 ft detached residential garage converted <br />to commercial storage purposes, referrenced as the "cold <br />storage buildinq" in the September 1968 Conditional Use <br />Permit. <br />c) One small storage shed or root cellar built into the <br />hillside east (,f the main building. <br />d) One 16 ft X 40 ft wood framed "greenhouse" no longer <br />in use. <br />e) Asphalt paved parking lot around the south, west and <br />north sides of the main building with paved driveway accesses <br />one each to Wayzata Blvd and to County Road 5. <br />4. The Wiseqarver property is owned in fee by Mayona Cirspinski <br />(nee Sundlin) as contract for deed vendor to Keller Trust, <br />contract vendee and Trustee for Vicki Wisegarver's five <br />minor children. Applicant Vicki Wisegarver has the power <br />to act can behalf of the Keller Trust. <br />5. Orton Wiseqarver, the principal applicant and subject <br />of Resolution No. 1239, no longer has any interest in <br />the Wiseqarver property or in the current application. <br />PaOe 3 of 1`i <br />
