LEGAL DOCUMENTS required: <br />a) Title opinion addressed to the City. All owners, mortgage <br />holders or others with property interest indicated therein shall <br />sign the plat and all other documents affected by such interest. <br />b) The applicant must provide certified copies of all recorded <br />easements currently affecting the property. <br />c) Executed Flowage & Conservation Easement (see copy <br />attached). Legal description to be filled out as follows: <br />The drainage easement as shown in Lot 2, Block 1, <br />plat name _, Hennepin County, Minnesota. <br />3. FEES TO BE PAID: Total Due $500.00. <br />a) Park dedication fee per current schedule: $100.00 for each <br />newly created lot.
