BROOKS <br />3785 WATERTONN ROAD <br />VARIANCE <br />RESOLUTION # 2 4 4 7 <br />Applicant was not present for this matter. <br />City Administrator Bernhardson explained the request for <br />a side setback variance to construct a room addition. <br />Planning Commission recommend approval as proposed. <br />It was moved by Councilmember Sime, seconded by <br />Councilmember Peterson, to adopt Resolution #2447 <br />approving the variance as proposed. BA"* <br />3535 a 3545 IVY PLACE AND 3034 CASCO POINT ROAD <br />FINAL SUBDIVISION OF A LOT LINE REARRANGEMENT <br />RESOLUTION i2448 <br />It was moved by Councilmember Sime, seconded by <br />Councilmember Goetten, to adopt Resolution #2448 <br />Approving the Plat of Casco Cove. Motion, Ayes 4, Nays <br />0. <br />SIGN ORDINANCE AMENDMENT <br />City Administrator Bernhardson explained the issue of <br />determining whether the Council wants to refer the draft <br />language submitted to the Planning Commission for <br />consideration and changes in the sign ordinance.
