Process: <br />The work session dates and times are set by the City's annual Meeting Calendar, which the staff <br />presents and the council approves, in the November time frame, for the following year. <br />Historically the city has scheduled 2 hours per month for work sessions. Some times that has been <br />one 2 hours session per month with more recent schedules having two one hour sessions per <br />month. These regularly scheduled meeting have then been augmented by special meeting to cover <br />specific topics that do not fit within the regular schedule, or require additional time to adequately <br />cover a given topic. <br />4. Staff Recommendation: <br />I recommend the next work session occur as scheduled.
