ANDERSON AND ARDIS SEVERTSON <br /> . WHEREAS, the City of Orono is a municipal corporation organized <br /> and existing under the laws of the State of Minnesota; � and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City o.f Orono has adopted <br /> subdivision regulations. for the orderly, economic and safe development <br /> of land within the City; and . <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the application for a <br /> subdivision of Lot 11 and Lot 12, Albee ' s Long Lake Addition by Merriam <br /> . S. Anderson and Ardis Severtson, the subdividers; and • <br /> WHEREAS, the subdividers have completed all requirements of the <br /> City, including: <br /> � 1) Dedication of quit claim deed of right of way. for <br /> �= � a public road shown as Long Lake Boulevard. <br /> � 2) Payment to the City for the legal review and <br /> recording of the certificate of survey. a.nd all <br /> other documents related to this subdivision in <br /> the amount of $75.00. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City <br /> of Orono hereby approves the metes and bounds division of a lot line <br /> rearrangement for Merriam S. Anderson and Ardi.s Severtsan as shown on <br /> the Certificate of Survey by Gordon R. Coffin dated July 29, 1982, subject <br /> to the following conditions: <br /> 1) Parcel B as shown on the above referenced certificate of <br /> survey shall be legally combined for tax purposes with <br /> Parcel A as shown on the above referenced certificate of <br /> survey, which together shall be thereafter considered <br /> as one building ,site. <br /> 2) Parcel C as shown on the above referenced certificate of <br /> survey shall be legally combined for tax purposes with <br /> Parcel D as shown on the above referenced certificate of <br /> survey, which together shall be thereafter considered as <br /> one building site. <br /> �- -_ <br /> Page 1 of 2 <br />
