Worse <br />1270 Arbor Street <br />Variance <br />STAFF NOTE - NOVEMBER 30, 1978 <br />#Jd- *1w11 is <br />ex. <br />An inspection was made of the 3' X 5' structure 7' to the east <br />of existing Sd rage. The structure, built upon a cement slab, <br />was built about the same time as the garage. At one time the <br />building was used as a potting shed but in recent years as a <br />doghouse. If the structure remains, we should determine future <br />use. <br />We have reviewed Mr. Worre's floor plans and agree that a reduction <br />in the width of the breezeway is not feasible if he plans to <br />construct a room above the garage. The maximum height of the <br />structure will be 17'-5" even with the proposed construction above <br />the garage level. Construction this year will be for a hreezpway <br />and a two car garage only. <br />PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING - DECEMBER 11, 1978 <br />Planning Commission tabled the application of John Worre pending <br />septic system compliance. This action should not be considered as <br />approving or disapproving application, but only takes issue with <br />the septic failure. Applicant is to be advised that he must be <br />able to demonstrate a hardship and his presence at the next meeting <br />is requested. <br />
