CITY OF ORONO - NOTICE <br />The Planning Commission will hold public hea-:ings in the Council <br />Chambers at 1275 South Brown Road on Wednesday, Septembei 6, 1989 <br />to review the following land use applications: <br />1. #1441 Don Copley of 1185 Tonkawa Road seeks hardcover <br />variances for a proposed addition to the existing residence. <br />2. #1443 John Skogiund of 1840 Fox Street seeks a setback <br />variance for a proposed accessory structure (pool) that will <br />be placed in the front yard in front of the principal <br />structure. <br />3. #1445 Gregory C. Peterson of 1355 Arbor Street seeks <br />approval of a conditional ise permit for the installation of <br />an accessory structure on a through lot and side setback <br />variances for a proposed addition to the existing Lesidence. <br />4. #1446 Jack Yost of 1515 Green Trees Road seeks a <br />conditional use permit and variance for land alterations <br />located within the 75' setback area, required to restore <br />lakeshore damaged in storm and to correct existing drainage <br />problems. <br />5. #1447 Grant Wenkstern of Lakeview Golf Course located at <br />710 North Shore Drive West seeks a conditional use permit <br />for filling and grading activities in excess of 100 cubic <br />yards to improve the greens and tee areas. <br />6. #1449 MichaeA. Pirich of 2224 Shadywood Road seeks approval <br />of an average lakeshore setback variance to enclose an <br />existing deck within his lakeshore yard. <br />7. #1450 Ward Edwards of 2474 Carman Street seeks approval of <br />a renewal variance for a 50' setback from the lakeshore for <br />the construction of a new residence on the undeveloped site. <br />8. #1451 George & Theresa Bloom of 1374 Rest Poirt Road seeks <br />rear/street and side setback variances and hardcover <br />variances within the 75-250' setback area for a proposed 2- <br />story addition to the existing principal residence. <br />All persons wishing to be heard will appear at this time. The <br />meeting starts at 7:00 PM.
