Such fencing not to exceed 5 1/2 feet in height. <br />In reviewing the building permit application file, staff has noted that <br />fencing was covered in the original permit. Applicant reed not apply for a <br />building permit for the expansion of the privacy fencing. The amended <br />resolution enclosed for your review has been altered so that a building <br />permit will not be required for the additional fencing and also includes a <br />condition whereby you have agreed to instal 1 t;;e fence by omitting every <br />other picket for the remaining privacy fencing to be install -d in your <br />yard. <br />As you will remember, the City conditioned approval on the City staff <br />being in receipt of an approval letter from Ctrs. Garcia. Prior to your <br />execution of the amended resolution, the City must .:)e in receipt of Mrs. <br />Garcia's written approval. Please note the fencing cannot be installed <br />until the City is in receipt of Mrs. Garcia's response and you have made <br />arrangements to execute the three amended resolution copies at the City <br />offices (Monday through Friday, 8:00 - 4:30). <br />Please contact Jeanne Mabusth (473-7357) if you have any questions <br />concerning the directives noted above. <br />lsv <br />
