A resolution has been <br />drafted in order to extedite review of this all.licaticn. Ut-on <br />final resolve and determination cf the exact variances to be <br />granted, staff will fretare the necessary amendments of the <br />enclosed resolution. The resolution already addresses the height <br />and setback variance for Frivacy fencing along Briar Street <br />troterty line. In addition to the resolution, staff will 1relare <br />a site Ilan lcc:at inq the at I roved height and location of fencing <br />based on Counci l's final action. <br />Council Action - <br />Council must determine if it will ahfrcve 5' high fencing in <br />the north anO side yards as protosed by arrlicant.
