A copy of the agreement has been sent <br />to the city attorney for review and comments. <br />The applicant has also submitted run-off calculations (Exhibit Y) for <br />the property and detailed t lans of the gaff le weir. This has been <br />submitted to the city engineer fcr review. <br />The applicant is still pursuing the crosswalk matter with the Hennepin <br />County Department of Transportation. <br />The enclosed staff resolution has been drafted per the Planning <br />Commission recommendati:)n and the recommendations sighted by staff above <br />that woulc: be required. <br />1. The baffle weir details to be approved by the city engineer. <br />2. That the applicant's contractor is to Purdue the crosswalk on <br />County Road 1'. <br />3. That the app 1 icant provide a 3 year 1 hase agreement approved by <br />the city attorney. <br />4. That the atp 1 icant make any changes to improve run-off on the <br />property recommended by the city engineer. <br />
