City of ORONO <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />NO. <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING TM PLAT OF <br />EVINGMEN RIDGE <br />APPLICATION NO. 1214 <br />WHEREAS, the City of Orono is a municipal corporation organized <br />and existing under the laws of the State of Minnesota; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Orono has adopted <br />subdivision regulations for the orderly, economic and safe development of <br />land within the City; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the application for a <br />subdivision of a two lot plat by Richard D. Ziminski and Karen Ziminski, <br />the subdividers; and <br />WHEREAS, the subdivision has been found to meet all standards of <br />the RR-1B,Rural Residential Zoning District finding that each lot is of a <br />size and configuration that will allow its use as a single family residence <br />to be fully developed without the need of any variances; and <br />WHEREAS, the subdividers have completed all requirements of the <br />platting regulations of the City, including: <br />1. Completion of all the requirements of Resolution No. 2363. <br />2. Dedication on the plat of rights of way for public roads, shown as <br />North Brown Road and County Highway No. 6. <br />3. Dedication on the plat of drainage and utility easements. <br />4. Payment to the City of a Park redication Fee in the amount of <br />$20C.00. <br />;. Payment to the City for the legal review art, filing of the plat <br />in the amount of $75.00. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City <br />of Orono t,ereby approves the plat of Evergreen fridge, Hennepin County, <br />Minnesota, subject tc the following conditions: <br />1. Prior to the issuance of a building permit for new constru-tion <br />on Lot 2, Block 1, Evergreen Ridge, a 30' wide section of existing <br />gravel drive adjacent to the west lot line must be removed and ground <br />cover restored within the disturbed area. The use of the existina <br />loop driveway that now provides access to both County Road No. 6 and <br />North Brown Poad is not approved with this subdivision. <br />Page 1 of 2 <br />
