James Powers, 2485 Dunwoody Avenue - PID 20-117-23 22 0016 <br />and 20-117-23 22 0014 <br />Assessor Erickson stated he had reviewed this property. Mr. <br />Powers asked hoer there can be a $30,000 increase in land value in <br />cne year. He stated that the rental cabin, on the small <br />lakeshore parcel, encroaches on his property and access is <br />through an easement over his property. It was moved by Mayor <br />Grabek, seconded by Counr.ilmemter Sime to accept the Assessor's <br />1988 market value of $201,400 on PID 20-117-23 22 0016 and to <br />reduce the land value on PID 20-117-23 22 0014 to $133,000 making <br />the total 1988 market value on PID 20-117-23 22 0014 of $168,400. <br />Motion, Ayes 4, Nays 0. <br />Mayor Grabek asked if there were any comments Ccuncil wanted to <br />make on the remaining recommendations by the Assessor. <br />Councilmember Goetten asked Assessor Erickson if there was any <br />more that could be done for Mrs. Setterlund. Rita Guderian <br />stated the valuation had been reduced from $185,400 to $178,500 <br />but felt that was a fair value of the property. <br />It was moved by Mayor Grabek, seconded by Councilmember Sime to <br />accept the reappraisals as recommended by the Assessor. Motion, <br />Ayes 4, Nays 0. <br />The following recommendations were accepted: <br />Rick's Super Value 3333 Shoreline Drive PID 20-117-23 11 0024 <br />Assessor recommends a change in the 1988 market value from <br />$758,300 to a 1988 market value of $736,300. <br />Daniel Kelly, 860 Windjammer Lane - PID 07-117-23 11 0011 <br />Assessor recommends a change in the 1988 market value from <br />$230,400 to a 1988 market value of $221,800. <br />Charles Affias, 1404 Baldur Park Road - PID 08-117-23 34 0018 <br />Assessor recommends no change in the valuation but this property <br />needs to be reclassified from seasonal to RL. Classification <br />will be changed when owner files the dEed with City and applies <br />for homestead. <br />Winslow Mankin, 2560 old Beach Road - PID 21-117-23 22 0010 <br />Assessor recommends a change in the 1988 market value from <br />$139,900 to a 1988 market value of $129,200. <br />Kenton 6 Diane Carlson, 3498 forth Shore Drive - PID 08-117-23 43 <br />0014. Assessor recommends no change in the 1988 market value of <br />$59,500. <br />
