City cif ORONO <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY CCJ, -IL <br />�1 4 t <br />A RESOLUTION RECEIVING AND <br />CALLING HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to a motion of the Council on August <br />10, 1987, a report has been prepared by Glenn Cook, City Engineer <br />with reference to the improvement of Woodhill Avenue east of <br />Orono Orchard Road, and this report was received by the Counci? <br />on September 28, 1987. <br />NOW, THEREFORE., BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />ORONO, MINNESOTA: <br />1. The Council will consider the improvement of such <br />street in accordance with the report and the assessment <br />of abutting property for all or a portion of the cost of <br />the iv,,,rovement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter <br />429 at an estimated total cost of the improvement of <br />$61,680.00. <br />2. A public hearing shall he held on such proposed <br />improvement on ti)e 23rd day of November, 1987 in the <br />council chambers, 1275 Brown Road South at 7:00 p.m. and <br />the clerk shall give mailed and published notice of such <br />hearing and improvements as required by law. <br />Adopted by the Council this 12th day of Cctober, 1967. <br />ATTEST: <br />Dorothy t•1.
