secondarily, to provide minimum heating in the upper floor ,f <br />the garage building for the protection of personal and house- <br />hold items stored and to be stored therein, and (i.) outdoor <br />faucets which are a part of the garage building as well as in- <br />door faucets in the lower or garage portion of the garage build- <br />ing. Declarant states that the heating system in said garage <br />building has been continually used for such purposes for many <br />years. <br />6. Except as hereinafter set forth, Declarant hereby <br />agrees and affirms that this Declaration shall not be revoked <br />or altered in any way without the express consent of the City <br />of Orono or its successors and assigns, as authorised by a <br />resolution of the Council of the City of Orono. <br />S. Declarant here`,y reserves the i t­ ' it herself, <br />her heirs, devisees, personal representatives L A►igns to <br />revoke and terminate this Declaration ipon the u.:currenee of <br />any of the following events without the consent or concurrence <br />of any benefitted party: The tearing dew, and ranoval from <br />the Subject Premises of all buildings, or the presently existing <br />garage building, or the removal from said garage building of <br />the top or potentially residential floor thereof. <br />6. This covenant shall run with the land and shall <br />be bindinq upon the Declarant herein, her heirs, devisees, <br />personal representatives and assigns, and all persons claiming <br />under her and shall benefit the City of Orono and its <br />successors and assigns and the owners of property contiguous to <br />the Subject Premises, (but excluding any property lyi«g below the <br />high WAtor mark of Lake Minnetonka), unless Declarant exercises <br />her rights under faragrAph 5 Above to terminate this Declaration <br />
