The aforesaid division as Ahown on the attached Certification of <br />Survey shall be filed by the City of Orono with the Hennepin County <br />Register of Title's Office on or before September 13, 1988 together <br />with a certified original copy of this Resolution. <br />The approval granted by this resolution shall expire if the division <br />has not been filed by the date specified above.
