- �� <br /> r <br /> � <br /> � Ci.t� o� ORONO <br /> � RESOLUTIOIV OF THE CITY COUNCIL . <br /> NO. 1396 <br /> � A RESOLUTION CALLING A HEARING ON PROPOSED <br /> • - • • NAVARRE UTILITY AND STREET IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 1395 adopted on this <br /> date, the City Council has accepted. a feasibility Report regarding � <br /> proposed utility and street improvements in the Navarre area of Orono. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the <br /> City of Orono that a public hearing shall be held on such proposed <br /> improvements on Monday, August 23, 1982, at 7:00 PM in the Orono Council <br /> Chambers at 1275 Brown Road South, and that the �Clerk shall give mailed <br /> and published notice of such hearing and proposed improvements as <br /> required by law. Notice of the hearing shall be divided into four <br /> parts with property owners receiving notice of only that part or parts <br /> for which their property is proposed to be assessed, as follows: <br /> PART A. Notice of the public hearing regarding construction <br /> of the proposed sanitary sewer trunk line shall be <br /> given to: . � <br /> 1) Property owners proposed to be assessed for <br /> � trunk sewer capacity on an area basis, which <br /> property is generally indicated as being within <br /> the "Trunk Area Assessment Boundary" as shown <br /> on attached Exhibit A, otherwise described as <br /> the existing undeveloped and/or unsewered <br /> properties abutting Northern Avenue and lying <br /> west of Blaine Avenue and north of Shoreline <br /> Boulevard, including the Schlee Builders, Inc. <br /> property. <br /> 2) Property owners proposed to be assessed for <br /> trunk sewer on a unit basis, which property ' <br /> includes all property described in part A-1 <br /> above; plus all property connected to the existing <br /> _ municipal sanitary sewer system tributary to <br /> the proposed trunk sewer line, which property <br /> ' is located within the "Unit Assessment Area" <br /> � as shown on attached Exhibit B,. otherwise <br /> described as being all sewer-serviced property <br /> located south of Shoreline Boulevard; all <br /> sewer-serviced property north of Shoreline <br /> Boulevard, west of Blaine Avenue and south of <br /> , . the Burlington Northern Railroad; all sewer <br /> serviced property abutting the north side of <br /> Shoreline Boulevard between Blaine Avenue and <br /> � Shadywood Road; and all sewer-serviced property <br /> abutting both sides of Lyric Avenue between Navarre <br /> Avenue and Shadywood Road; plus all property <br /> within the above described area which contains <br /> existing dwellings or other habitable buildings <br /> which are not yet connected to the municipal sanitarv <br /> sewer system. p�nP 1 �f � <br />
