34 . 954 M-6 : Accessory Uses. Within any h1-6 Multiple Family <br /> Residential District, the following uses srall be permitted <br /> accessory uses : <br /> Any accessory use except for "Roadside Stands" as <br /> regulated in the R-lA District and as further regulated <br /> herein. <br /> Privately owned buildings containing recreation or <br /> social functions, garages, or storage areas far main- <br /> tenance equipment or rub�ish. <br /> 34 . 955 M-6 : Area, Lot Width� Yard Requirements , Height and <br /> Hard Cover Requirements. The following minimum or maxin�um <br /> requirements shall apply to a11 buildings, includinq accessory <br /> buildings except that p�rmitted, conditional and accessory <br /> us�s of the R-1B District as allowed herein shall be regulated <br /> by the R-1B District requirements. <br /> 34 .956 Minimum MFPR Project Area. An MFPR Project shall not be <br /> allowed on an area of less than five acres. Areas of less than <br /> five acres may qualify only if the applicant can show that the <br /> minimum area should be waive3 because the proposed MFPR Project <br /> is adjacent to an existing Project w�ich has been developed under <br /> the provisions of this M-6 District and is designed to create a <br /> larger, unified, physically integrated project, and will contribute <br /> to the amenities of the naighborhood. <br /> . <br /> 34 . 957 Density in MFPR Project. The minimum platted lat area per <br /> d��elling building in an MFYR Project and the maximum number and <br /> type of dwelling buildings allowed in a project are based on <br /> the following factors : <br /> A. Minimum lot areas as set forth in Sectian 34. 959; <br /> B. The area of the platted lot which is dry and build- <br /> able based on the Resource Component Analysis of <br /> 34. 973 (b) , less public right-of-way. <br /> C. The number of be�rooms per dweZling unit. <br /> D. The number of each type of d�aelling building. <br /> E. Required setbacks. <br /> F. Credits for housing for low and moderate income <br /> individuals and families. <br /> G. Required open space. <br /> H. Hard-cover arease <br /> -2- <br />
