Each day such violation is committed or <br /> permitted to continue shall constitute a sepazate offense and <br /> shall be punishable as such hereundez. <br /> 69C.070 Penalties. Any person violating any provision of <br /> this ordinance shall be guilty af a misdemeanor, with such <br /> penalties as stated in Minnesota Statutes Section 609 .034 (1983 <br /> supplement) . <br /> 73.070 Inspections. The Council shall appoint a committee <br /> consisting of two Orono Planning Commission and Council members <br /> who shall review all license applications and shall report their <br /> findings to the Planning Commission and Council . This committee <br /> shall be known as th� "Marina Licensing Committze." At least once <br /> a year , the Council shall instxuct the staff and the Marina <br /> Licensing Committee to inspect ali areas where a licens� has been <br /> issued and xeport the findings to the Council . The Council or its <br /> agent may at any time inspect any commercial dock oz wharf . If it <br /> appears that such dock or wharf has not been constructed or is not <br /> being maintained and opezated in accordance with the application <br /> for license, the agzeement executed by the City and applicant, or <br /> with the provisions of this ordinance, then the licensee shall be <br /> informed of such violation in writing by the City Clezk and the <br /> Clerk shall furthex notify the licensee that he has ten days in <br /> which to corzect said violation. If said violation is not <br /> correct�d within said time, the Council shall revoke the license. <br /> Any pezson who shall violate any of the provisions of this <br /> ordinance may be enjoined from further operation and shall be <br /> guilty of a misdemeanor, with such penalties as stated in <br /> Minnesota Statutes Section 609.034 (1983 supplement) . Each day <br /> that a violation exists shall constitute a separate offense and be <br /> punishable as such. Notification under this ordinance shall be <br /> made in writing to the licensee of the dock or wharf at the <br /> address given in the application. Failure to have a valid license <br /> in force shall be pzima facie evidence of a violation of this <br /> ordinance. <br /> 80A.050 Penalty. Any pe�son, firm, association, carpozation <br /> or establishment who violates any of the provisions of this <br /> Ordinance sha11 be guilty of a misd�meanor, with such penalties as <br /> stated in Minnesota Statutes Section 609 .034 (1983 supplement) . <br /> 110 .110 Violations. Every pezson convicted of a violation <br /> of any of the provisions of this Ordinance shall be guilty of a <br /> misdemeanor, with such penalties as stated in Minnesota Statutes <br /> Section 609.034 (1983 supplement) and the costs of prosecution may <br /> be added. <br /> 113 .070 Enforcement and Penalties. Failure or omission to <br /> comply with any section of this oxdinance shall constitute a <br /> -3- <br />
