ORDINANCE NO. 249 <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE MUNICIPAL <br /> CODE OF ORONO BY REZONING <br /> TRACTS A & B, REGISTERED LAND SURVEY NO. 1422 <br /> The City Council of Orono Ordains: <br /> Section 1. The municipal Code of Orono is hereby amended <br /> by amending the official Zoning Map and Zoning Use District <br /> Boundaries for property legally described as Tracts A and B, <br /> Registered Land Survey No. 1422 are hereby rezoned from <br /> B-3, Shopping Center District, to B-1, Retail Sales Business <br /> District <br /> Section 2 .
