Section 2 <br /> The Municipal Code of the City of Orono, Chapter 40, <br /> Section 40 .046 is amended by adding Section 40 .046 (f ) <br /> to read as follows: <br /> (f ) No license shall be issued to an applicant who does not have <br /> the proper insurance coverage as outlined in Sections 40.070 and <br /> 40.075 of this Code. <br /> Section 3 <br /> Chapter 40 of the Municipal Code of the City of Orono, <br /> Section 40 .050 is deleted . Section 40 .055 is <br /> renumbered as Section 40.050 . <br /> Section 4 <br /> Chapter 40 of the Municipal Code of the City of Orono, <br /> Section 40.075 (c) is deleted. Section 40 .075 (d) is <br /> renumbered as Section 40 .075 (c) . <br /> Section 5 <br /> Chapter 42 of the Municipal Code of the City of Orono, <br /> Sections 42 .030 and 42 .040 is amended to read as <br /> follows: <br /> 42.030 - Purchases by Minors <br /> No person under 19 years of age shall purchase, procure, or <br /> consume any intoxicating or non-intoxicating malt liquor . A <br /> person under 19 years of age may not consume any non-intoxicating <br /> malt liquor unless in the company of that person's parent or <br /> guardian. <br /> 42.040 - Possession by Minors <br /> No person under the age of 19 years of age shall have in his <br /> possession any intoxicating or non-intoxicating malt liquor with <br /> intent to consume the same at a place other than the household of <br /> his parent or guardian. <br /> -3- <br />
