commensurate with the number of users expected on the property, as <br /> follows: <br /> 1) The minimum dry-buildable record lot area req�ired for <br /> approval of an Overnight Camp Conditional Use Permit shall <br /> be 5. 0 acres. If the number of dwellinq units exceeds five <br /> (5) , the minimum 1ot area required shall be increased to <br /> maintain a ratio of at least 1. OJ acre per dwelling unit . <br /> For purposesof this section, one "dwelling unit" shall mean <br /> up to fiwo (2) developed camping spots for tent camping or <br /> each separate cabin or structure used for sleeping <br /> purposes, whether or not such cabin or structure includes <br /> separate toilet or kitchen facilities. <br /> 2) The minimum lot width at the shoreline shall be 200 <br /> feet. <br /> 3) Any common kitchen, dininq-room or eating facility <br /> shall conform to the requirements of Hennepin County <br /> Environmental Sanitation Food Protection Ordinances , <br /> including all applicable licenses and inspections. <br /> 4) The camp operator shall each year obtain a joint-use <br /> dock license from the City and from the Lake Minnetonka <br /> Conservation District, and shall at all times abide by all <br /> termstherein. The numberoflicensed boat slips shall not <br /> exceed one ( 1) slip per 50 feet of shoreline. <br /> 5) Any swimming areas shall be suitably marked-off and <br /> separated from boat traffic areas, and safety equipment or <br /> supervision shall be provided as may be required by the City <br /> Council . <br /> 6) Toilet and sanitation facilities, including on-site � <br /> sewage treatment systems , shall be provided in conformance <br /> with Minnesota Health Department regulations and the <br /> requirements of Section 34. 372. <br /> 7) A11 new buildings or structures on the property, except <br /> accessory structures 12P1 square feet in floor area or <br /> smaller , shall be approved by the City Council as to size, <br /> location and proposed use prior to issuance of any building <br /> permits. <br /> 8) The property shall be provided with telephone service <br /> for emergency use. <br /> 9) All cabins or other structures used for sleeping <br /> purposes shall be equipped with approved smoke detection <br /> devices and with some form of manual or automatic fire <br /> extinquishing equipment. <br /> -6- <br />
