It is unlawful <br /> for any person to sell, possess or have in possession for <br /> the purpose of sale, distribution, use or explosion, any <br /> firecrackers, sky rockets or other fireworks, except as <br /> allowable in Section 80 .041 of this section. <br /> Section 13. A new Section 80.080 is added to read as follows: <br /> 80 .080 Use of Bow and Arrow. It is unlawful for any person <br /> to shoot a bow and arrow except in the physical education <br /> program in a school supervised by a member of its faculty, a <br /> community-wide supervised class or event specifically <br /> authorized by the Chief of Police, or a bow and arrow range <br /> authorized by the City Council. <br /> Section 14. A new Section 80.090 is added to read as follows: <br /> 80.090 Exposure of Unused Coritainer . It is unlawful for <br /> any person, being the owner or in possession or control <br /> thereof, to permit an unused refriyerator, ice box, or other <br /> container sufficiently large enough to retain any child, <br /> with doors that fasten automatically when closed, and to <br /> expose the same to children without removing the doors, <br /> lids, hinges or latches. <br /> Section 15.
