ORDINANCE NO. 241 <br /> ORDINANCE EXTENDING THE DURATION OF A <br /> MORATORIUM ON THE GRANTTNG OF BUILDING <br /> PERMITS, LAND SUBDIVISIONS, REZONING <br /> APPLICATIONS, CONDITIONAL OR SPECIAL <br /> USE PERMITS, VARIANCES OR OTHER AUTHORTTY <br /> FOR ADDITIONAL DEVELOPMENT ON BTG ISLAND, <br /> MAPHIYATA ISLAND OR DEERING ISLAND <br /> THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ORONO ORDAINS: <br /> The Minicipal Code of the City of Orono is amended by <br /> amending Section 7 of Ordinance No 238 to read as follows: <br /> Section 1. <br /> "Section 7. Duration" This Ordinance shall expire <br /> May 9, 198 , without council action, or it may be repealed <br /> earlier if the council determines that the requisite studies <br /> have been completed and adopted and that appropriate evaluation <br /> and action, including any necessary revisions of the Zoning <br /> Code, have been finalized. " . <br /> Section 2. This Ordinance shall be published in the <br /> Lake Minnetonka Sun and shall be effective immediately upon <br /> publication. <br /> Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono the <br /> lOth day of May, 1982, by a vote of 4 ayes and p nays. <br /> � + <br /> William B.
