Residential <br /> and Commercial Kennel License applications shall be made to the City <br /> Clerk on official forms provided for that purpose, which applications <br /> shall include the following: <br /> a) Applicant' s information including the property owner <br /> and/or kennel operator ' s name, address, mailing address <br /> and telephone number. <br /> b) Brief statement of the purpose of the kennel . <br /> c) For residential kennels; the maximum number of dogs <br /> over the age of six months to be kept at any one time <br /> during the kennel license duration. <br /> d) Signed agreement authorizing the City Inspector to <br /> inspect the premises prior to City Council review of <br /> the application, and at any other reasonable times <br /> thereafter during the duration of the kennel license. <br /> e) Payment of the appropriate residential or commercial <br /> kennel license fee in the amount prescribed in the <br /> current City fee schedule. Kennel license fees are not <br /> prorated and are not refundable. Residential kennel <br /> license fees are not in lieu of required dog license <br /> fees. <br /> Section 5 .
