r • . <br /> premises where such liquor is permitted to be or is sold pursuant <br /> to a license, shall be closed and kept closed to the public during <br /> the hours when such liquor sales are prohibited by state law. <br /> During said hours, no person, or persons shall be allowed to be <br /> or remain upon, or within such room, place or premises for any . <br /> purpose whatsoever, except that the owner or licensee, his agents <br /> or servants, or employees may be and remain therein and thereon <br /> for the purpose only of cleaning, preparation of ineals, necessary <br /> repairs, or other work in connection therewith or as watchman. <br /> 40. 090. Revocation. The City Council may suspend or <br /> revoke a license for t e violation of any provision or condition <br /> of this section or of any state law or federal law regulating <br /> intoxicating liquor and shall revoke such license for any will- <br /> full violation which, under the laws of the state, is grounds <br /> for mandatory revocation. A temporary suspension of the license <br /> may be ordered by the City Council without giving prior notice <br /> to the licensee if said suspension is deemed necessary to protect . <br /> the public health, safety and welfare. The City Council may <br /> suspend a license if revocation is not mandatory, but said <br /> suspension shall not exceed 60 days. The licensee shall be <br /> granted a public hearing upon at least 10 days ordered except <br /> when a temporary suspension is necessary to protect the public <br /> health, safety or general welfare. The notice shall state the <br /> nature of the charges against the licensee. <br /> 40.100. Enlargement Alterations or Extension of <br /> Premises. Propose�en3argement, alteration or extension of <br /> premises previously licensed shall be reported to the City Clerk <br /> at or before the time application is made for a building permit <br /> for any such change. <br /> Section 2. This ordinance shall be published in the <br /> Lake Minnetonka Sun and shall be effective immediately upon <br /> publication. <br /> Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono this <br /> 10 day of March, 1980, by a vote of 4 ayes and � <br /> nays. <br /> `/� . <br /> William B.
