._6_ � . <br /> . . 69B. 100. Every permit�ee under this ordinance shall: <br /> (1) Use D�esignated Streets. Move a building only over <br /> streets designated for such use in the written permit. <br /> (2) Notify of Revised Moving Time. Notify the Building <br /> Inspector in writing of a desired change in moving <br /> � date and hours as proposed in the application. <br /> (3) Notify of Damage. Notify the Building Inspector in <br /> � writing of any and all damage done to property be- <br /> longing to the Village within 24 hours after the <br /> damage or injury has occurred. <br /> (4) Display Lights. Cause red lights to be displayed <br /> on every side of the building during the nighttime <br /> and red flags during the daytime while building is <br /> being moved or standing on the street, in such <br /> manner as �o warn the public of the obstruction, • <br /> ancl shall where necessary erect and maintain barri- <br /> cades across the streets in such manner as to protect � <br /> the public from damage or injury by reason of the <br /> removal of the building. <br /> (5) Comply with Governing Law. Comply with the Building <br /> Code, the Zoning Code and all other applicable <br /> statutes , ordinances and regulations upon relocating • <br /> � the building in the Village. "" , <br /> (6) Pay Expense of Officer. Pay the expense of a traffic <br /> � officer, ordered by the Chief of Police, to accompany <br /> � the movement of the building to protect the public <br /> from injury at the rate of $50 per day or part of a <br /> � day for the estimated period required for the moving. <br /> (7) Clear Old Premises. Remove all rubbish and materials <br /> � and fill all excavations to existing grade at the <br /> original building site, when located in the Village, <br /> so that the premises are left in a safe and sanitary ' <br /> . condition. <br /> . 69B. 110. Miscellaneous Conditions. It is not intended by <br /> this ordinance to interfere with, abrogate or annul any easement, � <br /> covenant or other agreement between parties , however, when this <br /> ordinance imposes a greater or heavier restriction than is imposed <br /> or required by any other ordinance, rule, regulation or by ease-. <br /> ment, covenant, or agreement, the provisions of this ordinance <br /> shall control. <br />
