• ORDINANCE NO. 226 <br /> ORDINANCE EXTENDING THE DURATION OF A <br /> MORATORIUM ON THE GRANTING OF BUILDING <br /> PERMITS, LAND SUBDIVISIONS, REZONING <br /> APPLICATIONS, CONDITIONAL OR SPECIAL <br /> ' USE PERMITS, VARIANCES OR OTHER AUTHORITY <br /> FOR ADDITIONAL DEVELOPMENT IN THE STUBBS � <br /> BAY AREA OF THE CITY OF ORONO <br /> THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ORONO ORDAINS: <br /> The Municipal Code of the City of Orono is amended by <br /> repealing Ordinance 224 in its entirety and by amending Section 5 <br /> of Ordinance No. 219 to read as follows: <br /> Section 1. <br /> "Section 5. Duration" This Ordinance shall expire <br /> July 31, 1980, without council 'action, or it may be repealed earlier <br /> if the council determines that the requisite studies have been com- <br /> pleted and adopted and that appropriate evaluation and action, <br /> including any necessary revisions of the Zoning Code, have been <br /> finalized. <br /> Section 2.
