Mini.mum Land Area Dedication Whenever <br /> the City Council determines that land dedication wi•11 be required as <br /> a condition of subdivision approval, the Subdivider shall be required <br /> to dedicate to the City for park, playground or other public purposes <br /> an amount of land equal to, as a minimum, that percentage of gross <br /> land area as set out below. Gross land area means the entire area <br /> within the boundaries of the subdivision, including areas occupied � <br /> by wetlands, drainageways or existing development. Cash Contribution in Lieu of Land Dedication <br /> Whenever the City Council determines that a cash contribution will be <br /> required in lieu of the required land dedication, the Subdivider shall <br /> be required to contribute to the City for park, playground or. other <br /> public purposes an amount of cash as set out in tlie current city fee <br /> schedule. No contribution is required for existing principal residential <br /> units. <br />
