Upon such report being filed with the Village <br /> Council, and the execution of the bond as required herein <br /> and its acceptance by the Village Council, such license may <br /> be granted or refused in the discretion of the Village Council. <br /> No such license shall be granted to any person less than twenty- <br /> one (21) years of age. - <br /> � The fee for each such license is $50 per annum, whiGh fee shall <br /> � be paid to the Village Clerk at the time of the filing of the <br /> application for , such license. <br /> 69B. 030. Insurance and Bond Required. No license shall <br /> be issued unless and until the applicant shall first file with <br /> the Village� Clerk a certificate of insurance showing the <br /> applicant to be insured against liability imposed by law in <br /> the limits of $25,000 because of bodily injury or death of <br /> one person per accident, $50, 000 because of bodily injury to <br /> or death of two or more persons per accident, and $25, 000 <br /> property dam�ge liability per accident. Such policy shal.l <br /> , <br /> provide �hat it may not be cancelled by the insurer except <br /> upon notice to the Village. In case of cancellation of such <br /> insurance the license shall be suspended automatically �until <br /> the insurance has been replaced. No license shall be granted <br /> until the party applying therefor shall also have given a bond <br /> in the sum of $5,000 with good and sufficient sureties to be <br /> approved by the Village Council; and conditioned that said <br /> party will save, indemnify, and keep harmle`ss , the Village <br /> against all liabilities , judgments, costs and expenses, which <br /> in any wise accrues against said Village in consequence of the <br /> granting of such license , including the cost of the Village for <br /> the services of public utility maintenanGe men necessitated by <br /> the moving of any building, and will strictly comply with the <br /> provisions of this ordinance and with the conditions of any and <br /> all permits which may be issued to them. <br /> 69B. 040. Expiration of License. Each such license shall <br /> terminate the 31st day of December following the issuance of <br /> the license, unless revoked or forfeited prior to that date, <br /> � and shall not be transferable or assignable. � <br /> 69B. 050. Revocation of License. If the Village Council <br /> � finds that the licensee has proceeded with any work so as to <br /> endanger people or property, or upon conviction for failure to <br /> _ comply with this or related ordinances , or for other good cause, <br /> the Village Co�ncil may revoke such license. <br />
