� ORDINANCE N0. 215 <br /> AN ORDINANCE REGARDING THE CITY FEE SCHEDULE <br /> THE CITY COUNCIL OF ORONO ORDAINS: <br /> SECTION 1. Chapter 1 of the Municipal Code of the City <br /> of Orono is amended by adding Section 1.095 to read as follows : <br /> 1.095 Fee Schedule - The City Council shall adopt by <br /> Resolution and may from time to time amend by Resolution <br /> a current schedule of fees or charges for permits, licenses, <br /> zoning applications, penalties and other services as provided <br /> by this Code or other Ordinance of the City. Said schedule <br /> shall be known as the. "City Fee Schedule". The amounts <br /> � listed in each schedule shall supercede amounts listed in <br /> earlier schedules. In the event of an omission from the <br /> fee schedule, the last listed amount in a previous schedule <br /> or ordinance shall remain in effect. <br /> SECTION 2. Ordinance 197 adopting a fee schedule for 1977; <br /> and Ordinance 203 adopting a fee schedule for mechanical amusement <br /> devices are hereby repealed in their entirety. <br /> SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be published in the Lake <br /> Minnetonka Sun and shall be effective upon publication. <br /> Passed by the City Council of the City of Orono on the twenty-third <br /> day" of Januarv , 19 79 . <br /> / <br /> William B.
