Ordinance No. 205 <br /> AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE MUNICIPAL CODE <br /> OF THE CITY OF ORONO RELATING TO MAXIMUM <br /> FINES FOR ORDINANCE VIOLATIONS <br /> THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ORONO ORDAINS: <br /> Section 1. The Municipal Code of the City of Orono <br /> is amended by adding the following section: <br /> . 010. Pursuant to Laws of Minnesota 1977, Chapter <br /> 355, Section 5, all ordinances of the City of Orono which pre- <br /> scribe a maximum fine of $300 or imprisonment for 90 days for <br /> an ordinance violation shall now be deemed to prescribe a <br /> maximum fine of $500 or imprisonment for 90 days or both. <br /> Section 2. This ordinance shall be published in the <br /> Lake Minnetonka Sun and shall be effective upon publication. <br /> Passed by the City Council this 12 day of December , <br /> 1977, by a vote of 3 ayes and 0 nays. <br /> . <br /> William B.
