Sections 38. 900 and 38.910 of the Orono <br /> Municipal Code are amended to read as follows: <br /> • 38.900. Height of Structures: ' �Special� Provisions. <br /> . The height limitations imposed by other sections of the Zoning <br /> . Code may be increased by conditional use permit by 50 percent <br /> . when applied to the following structures: ' <br /> Antenna or antenna structures , <br /> Church spires ' <br /> . � � Belfries � <br /> Cupolas and domes which do not contain usable space <br /> � Monuments <br /> Water towers � <br /> � • Fire and hose towers <br /> Observation towers <br /> � Flag poles <br /> � Chimneys <br /> Smokestacks � <br /> f . Parapet walks extending not more than three (3) feet <br /> � above height of the building <br /> ' . Cooling towers � - <br /> � - Elevator penthouses � <br /> - 38.�910. Conditional Use Permits.
