DUFF <br /> . <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Orono is a municipal corporation organized <br /> and existing under the laws of the State of 1�Iinnesota; and <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to State Statutes 41.2 et. seq. and 462 et. seq. <br /> the City Gouncil of the City of Orono� has adopted zoning regulata.ons for <br /> the protection of the public health, safety and general welfare; and <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to Ordinance 34. 352 and Ordinance 32 . 300 <br /> William D.
