� � � Clt� o� ORONO <br /> � RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL _ .. <br /> No. /3�0 <br /> � RESOLUTION ORDE N PREPARATION OF A <br /> • - • • FEASIBILITY REPORT FOR CERTAIN � <br /> � DESCRIBED IMPROVEMENTS <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Orono is considering a subdivision <br /> . development proposal by Schlee Builders, Inc. for� the following <br /> described property: <br /> � <br /> PID �lo' s 17-117-23 34 0009 & 001.0; and <br /> , WHEREAS, for purposes of accomodati.ng said development and ' <br /> for purposes of protecting the general public health, safety and <br /> • welfare, the City Council is considering necessary improvements to the <br /> municipal sewer system and to the municipal streets and roads in the <br /> area of said development. <br /> • NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the Ci ty . <br /> of Orono that the Ci ty Engineer be instructed to study and report to <br /> the Council with all convenient speed, advising the Council in a <br /> preliminary way as to the feasibility, estimated cost, and recommended <br /> � formulas for assessing said costs to benefitted properties, for the <br /> following described improvements: <br /> 1) Sewer Trunk installation between Crystal Place, Togo <br /> - Road, and additional connecting segments as may be <br /> necessary. • <br /> 2) Sewer Laterals within the proposed development.
