RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> � �o NO. 1388 .. <br /> � <br /> � � �� A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PLAT OF <br /> CRYSTAL CREST <br /> , WHEREAS, the City of Orono is a municipal corporation organized <br /> and existing under the laws of the State of Minnesota; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council. of the City of Orono has adopted <br /> su�division regulations for � the orderly, economic and safe development <br /> of land within the City; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the application for <br /> a subdivision plat by Albin Thies and Arlene Thies, his wife, and Ruth <br /> L. Phillips, formerly known as Ruth L. Thies and Sidney B. Phillips, <br /> her husband, the subdividers; and <br /> WHEREAS, the subdivision has been approved as meeting all <br /> standards of the RR-1B zoning district finding that each lot is of a <br /> size and configuration that wil1. allow its use as a single family <br /> � residence to be located without the need of any setback variances; and <br /> WHEREAS, the subdividers have completed all requirements of <br /> the platting regulations of the City, including: , <br /> 1) Dedication on the plat of drainage and utility <br /> easements. • <br /> 2) Dedication on the plat of rights of way for <br /> public streets and roads, shown as County State <br /> .
