All persons with an interest in the property must sign the resolutions. <br />Variance approval is limited to the extent shown on approved plan and as noted in the approval <br />resolution. Changes in approved plans are subject to further review by the City. Variance approval <br />expires one year after date of approval. A building permit application must be submitted no later <br />than March 11, 1997.
