Mabusth, Building & Zoning Administrator <br />September 23, 1993 <br />#1870 Stephen and Randi Carlson, 1185 Arbor Street - <br />Variance -Resolution <br />The Planning Commission unanimously approved a street setback variance for a 10' x <br />24' 8" addition to the north side of an existing single stall garage. The existing attached garage <br />is located 27' 3' from street setback line. The addition will be placed at the same setback. <br />Major structural portions of the existing single stall garage will be saved during the <br />reconstruction. The foundation and floor of the existing garage will be replaced as it is in a <br />serious state of disrepair and can no longer be used for the storage of cars. <br />The enclosed approval resolution has been drafted per the Planning Commission <br />recommendation. <br />lsv
