You filed an appeal, disagreeing with the notice. That application for appeal was deemed <br />incomplete, no fees were paid. <br /> <br />Upon further review, City staff agrees, your property is not in violation of section 78-1579, it is in violation of <br />section 58-2 (e). A notice to this effect was sent on October 14, 2020. You have until October 24, 2020 to address <br />the issue or request additional time. <br /> <br />Since the appeal you filed for Section 78-1579 is no longer applicable, I am VOIDING that application.
