It was noted that the front <br />setback as proposed is consistent with the neighborhood and allows for a reasonably sized back <br />yard. <br />Staff Recommendation: Staff recommends approval of the area, width and setback variances as <br />proposed. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED <br />Motion to adopt or amend the attached resolution entitled A Resolution Granting Variances to <br />Municipal Zoning Code Section 78-420 for Property Located at 1240 Arbor Street -File No. <br />16-3845.
