All <br />persons with an interest in the property must sign the resolution. <br />Variance approval is limited to the extent shown on approved plans and as noted in the approval <br />resolution. Changes in approved plans are subject to further review by the City. Variance approval expires <br />one year after date of approval. A building permit must be obtained no later than August 8, 2017. <br />If you desire certified copies of the official Council minutes, they are available from the City Clerk after <br />review and approval by the City Council.
