<br />A. The following items should be considered when
<br />plenning end locating your garage.
<br />• Determine size of garage required, 1, 2, or 3 cars.
<br />• Will entrance to garage be from street or from alley.
<br />8. Contact your local utility companies to locate
<br />underground utilities (gas, water, sewer, septic
<br />system etc.)
<br />C. Before starting construction of your garage contact

<br />B. Layout and assemble wall on concrete slab. Nail
<br />through plates into each end of stud with two 1 6d
<br />nails. Square walls and temporarily nail 1 x6
<br />diagonally to freme. Tilt up each side and end wall es
<br />completed and brace securely. Plumb walls, equare
<br />building and apply top plate. Lap top plate over
<br />adjacent walls for good tie-in. Nail sections together
<br />and notch in 1 x4 diagonHI corner bracing if plywood
<br />sheath,no 1A not used. Frame in front wall es shown
