David A. Williams Realty & Construction
15401 Brockton Lane
Dayton, MN 55327
On February 10, 1986 one soil boring was taken on Lot 1, Block 1, The
Nursery to the west of the swale that runs through the lot to check the
suitability for an alternate drainfield site.
Ample black loam topsoil existed to a depth of 20 inches followed by
10 inches of black clay loam and a dark brown clay loam from 30 inches
down to 5 feet deep. Mottled soil existed at 3.5 feet and no water table was
observed.
Because of the ample black loam soil percolation rates would be expected
to be good, but because of the high seasonal water table possible, either a
mound system would be required or possibly a shallow trench system if an
intercepto•• draintile could lower the water table. In any case some type
of syster, could be installed and this area used as an alternate drainfield
site.
If there are any other questions, please contact me.
Sincerely,
PERCOR, INC.
Mark S.
