WHEREAS, the` City Council of the City of Orono has adopted <br /> subdivision regulations for the orderly, economic and safe development <br /> of land within the City; .and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the application for <br /> a subdivision plat by Craig Winters, John Peters, Robert Gehrman and <br /> Curtis Hagfors, the subdividors; and • <br /> WHEREAS, the subdividers have completed all requirements of the <br /> platting regulations of the City including: , <br /> Dedication of right-of-way for County Road 6. <br /> Designation of wetland areas as defined by City Ordinance. " <br /> • NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the <br /> City of Orono hereby approves the plat of WINTERS PLENTYWOOD, Hennepin <br /> County, Minnesota; subject to the following conditions: <br /> 1) Lot l, Block 1 and Lot 2, Block 1 are approved as single <br /> family rural residential lots fully conforming with the <br /> current RR-lA zoning district requirements calling for at ' <br /> least 5 . 0 acres per lot. <br /> 2) Outlot A shall not be considered to be a separate building <br /> site but is approved as an undersized remainder intended <br /> to be legally combined for tax and zoning purposes with <br /> the adjoining Curtis Hagfors residential property legally <br /> described as Lot 6, Sharon Hills. <br /> 3) Outlot B shall not be considered to be a separate building <br /> site but is approved as a landlocked parcel intended to be <br /> legally combined for tax and zoning purposes with the <br /> adjoining Robert Gehrman residential property legally <br /> defined as Lots 2 and 3 (combined) , Sharon Hills .
