The area defined as the "mid level restored green area" to the <br />east of the access stair and at the base of the boulder wall to retain <br />the existing grass crop and to be planted with appropriate screening <br />per recommendation of James Robin, with Eastern Cedar and Isanti Red <br />Twig Dogwood. The 3 to 4 large b(-,•''ers may remain within the area. <br />3. The area to the south of cess stair and adjacent to the <br />riprap along the shoreline ref-:. d as the extended riprap and pile <br />of boulders shall be removed and appropriate green area to be <br />restored. Applicant to consult landscape architect for approporiate <br />restoration method . <br />4. Area defined as limestone crushed rock pathway running parallel <br />to the riprap to the north of the access stair shall remain. <br />5. Applicant/owner to establish plantings with strong, deep root <br />systems at the top of the slope as recommended in James Robin's report <br />dated December 3, 1987. <br />6. -iplicant/owner to maintain adaquate erosion control during the <br />ent restoration period. Erosion control must be maintained until <br />grounu cover is restored with boulde walls on north and south side of <br />access stair. <br />7. Applicant/owner shall meet with the Orono Zoning staff to <br />determine appropriate inspection schedule during the restoration <br />program. Restoration shall be completed by August 1, 1988. <br />8. Authorities granted by this resolution run with the property not <br />with the owner, but are permissive only and must be exercised by <br />application for a land alteration permit within one year of the date <br />of Council approval, or the special conditions of this resolution will <br />expire on that date (May 23, 1989). <br />9. Violation of or non-compliance with any of the terms and <br />conditions of this resolution shall constitute a violation of the <br />zoning code, shall automatically terminate any authority granted <br />herein, and shall be punishable as a misdemeanor. <br />10. The undersigned applicant has read, understood and hereby agrees <br />to the terms of this resolution and on behalf of himself, his heirs, <br />successors and asEigns, hereby agrees to the recording of this <br />resolution in the chain of title of the property. <br />Page 3 of 5 <br />
